Parents!
Please note! There was a heavy signup of new students in the Summer,
coupled with a standard sign up of new students for the Fall, I anticipate a
very full enrollment this year, possibly even a waiting list. Returning
students get first choice of hours, but most seem to prefer the end of the week
times. New students should look for 'beginning of the week
times'. It is going to be rather tricky this year to give people
days and times they want. I am also not sure I will be able to keep slots
open for soccer practices and 'middle of the school year signups'. So
please turn in your hour preferences and sign up sheets ASAP.
After school sessions are set up so a group of children continue together throughout the school year. A session is a group of 6 classes. Each class is one hour and 15 minutes long. Class times are 4:15-5:30 and 5:45-7:00 each day of the week.
Classes are consolidated when children drop out so new classes can be formed up. Unless timely payment is done, I have no idea 'who is in and who is out'. It causes chaos. Fees for the upcoming session are due on the 4th week of the ongoing session. The 'fees due week' is posted in each session box. A late fee of $20.00 per family is being assigned this year if payment is not made by the end of the 4th week! This fee does not apply to signing up for the first time. This is a fee I do not want to collect, please be prompt in payments.
If you are seeking to sign your child up for the first time, look over the upcoming sessions and try to contact me prior to that time. We do form new classes throughout the school year.
